Marshall is the founder and a Director of Shields Restoration Ltd.

He has worked in the industry for a total of 11 years. He initially started as an on site operative for 4 years. During the past 7 years he was a Contracts Manager where he gained first hand knowledge of all aspects of the stone restoration industry. Marshall is involved with the tendering process and sub-contractor management.

Lisa is the co-founder and Director of Shields Restoration Ltd.

She has been involved in the industry for a total of 8 years. She is the first point of contact in the company. She deals with all matters relating to Sales/Marketing, health and safety, administration.
